Summary

	Yajak was a human male who served in the Republic Military Republic Army Organization Galactic Republic (GGW, CW and GW) during the Cold War. Brave and fiercly loyal to the Republic, Commander Commander Miscellaneous Roles Yajak was in charge of Waypoint Station Morne on Taris Taris Planet . As Morne was one of the more distant of the Taris Resettlement Initiative Taris Resettlement Initiative Event Cold War (3653BBY - 3642BBY) 's outposts, Yajak and his men were prepared to defend their base at any time from rakghouls Rakghoul Creature Non-sentient , pirates Pirate Organization Communities , and scavengers Scavenger Miscellaneous Roles . Shortly before the end of the war, Morne relied on a monthly convoy from Waypoint Station Draay to the west for supplies. But one month, the members of Morne's supply convoy deserted, leaving Morne without supplies for that month. Draay's Quartermaster Quartermaster Miscellaneous Roles Kahrin Wek Kahrin Wek (Twi'lek) Character Minor Characters (TOR) grew concerned when they had not heard of the convoy. She asked a group of Republic operatives Republic Operatives Organization Temporary Unions , whom had helped her previously Supplies and Demands (Taris Resettlement Initiative) Event Cold War (3653BBY - 3642BBY) to expose Draay's commander Gardit Gardit (Human) Character Minor Characters (TOR) 's corruption, to investigate AWOL Event Cold War (3653BBY - 3642BBY) . The operatives reset the sonic emitters along the path to Morne, clearing the way of rakghouls, nexu Nexu Creature Non-sentient , and other wild animals. The operatives encountered Gilroh Gilroh (Human) Character Minor Characters (TOR) , Geozel Geozel (Human) Character Minor Characters (TOR) , Ferdoin Ferdoin (Human) Character Minor Characters (TOR) , and the other members of the convoy not far from Morne. Gilroh attempted to lie and say that they had stopped because of injury, but finally told the truth - they were deserting. The operatives allowed them to flee, as they had served five years on a one year assignment, and told them that they wouldn't report them. The operatives informed Commander Yajak that they had found the troopers' bodies, enabling the members of the convoy to escape without a problem.
